Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chuck
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup grated cheese
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce or ketchup
  • 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
  • oregano to taste
  • Worcestershire sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown ground chuck and chopped onion in a frying pan.
  2. Add Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, and barbecue sauce to the pan.
  3. Stir well and sprinkle oregano over the mixture.
  4. Heat thoroughly until hot.
  5. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese over the mixture and top with quartered biscuits.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes, or until biscuits are browned.
