Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. finely chopped celery
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped onions
  • 3/4 c. shredded carrots
  • 1/4 c. diced green pepper
  • 1/4 c. shredded seeded cucumber
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper (white)

Instructions

  1. Place vegetables in a small colander or strainer; drain well.
  2. Beat together cream cheese and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Stir in vegetables and pepper.
  4. Serve on crackers or mini bread sandwiches.
