Ingredients

  • 1/2 box crushed graham crackers
  • 1 stick oleo
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) package lemon jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 can chilled milk
  • cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Beat together sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Whip the chilled milk until frothy.
  3. Add the chilled lemon jello to the cheese mixture, beating slowly to combine.
  4. Fold in the whipped milk into the mixture using a spoon or hand whip.
  5. Pour the mixture into a dish and chill for 1 1/2 hours.
  6. Spoon cherry pie filling over the chilled cheesecake and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  7. Chill for an additional 1/2 hour before serving.
