Ingredients

  • 1 pound mild bulk sausage
  • 8 crescent rolls
  • 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Fry and drain the sausage.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and spread into a greased 9x13-inch pan, pressing the seams together.
  3. Ensure the dough completely covers the bottom of the pan.
  4. Sprinkle the cooked sausage and grated cheese over the dough.
  5. Mix eggs, milk, salt, and pepper, then pour the mixture over the sausage and cheese.
