Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb grated sharp cheese
  • 1/4 cup soft butter
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 24 stuffed olives

Instructions

  1. Blend the grated cheese with soft butter 4 or 5 hours ahead of time.
  2. Stir in the all-purpose flour, salt, and paprika, and mix well.
  3. Wrap 1 teaspoon of the cheese dough around each stuffed olive.
  4. Cover each wrapped olive completely.
  5. Arrange the olives on an ungreased baking sheet and refrigerate.
  6. Half an hour before serving, bake in a 400°F oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Serve warm.
