Cheesey Chive Scone Bread

- Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Sift flour and mustard powder into a large bowl. Use fingertips or a food processor to rub in butter until mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in cheese and chives and season to taste.
- Make a well in center of dry ingredients. Pour in milk and 1/2 cup water, mixing quickly to a soft dough. Turn onto a floured surface. Knead lightly and form into a 10 inch round. Transfer dough to baking sheet.
- Bake for 35-40 mins, base sounds hollow when tapped. Cut into wedges and serve warm with butter.
