Ingredients

  • 1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
  • 1/4 c. finely minced green onions
  • 1/2 tsp. sweet basil
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a serving bowl, stirring until well mixed.
  2. Serve with sesame seed crackers, fresh and crisp cut vegetables such as carrots, celery, cucumber slices, or raw broccoli and cauliflower.
