- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Press wonton wrappers into lightly greased mini-muffin cups.
- Pat artichoke hearts dry, chop and place in a medium bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and pressed garlic; mix well.
- Stir in sliced olives.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin cups.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and cool in the pan for 2 minutes.
- Carefully remove from the muffin cups and serve warm.
