Ingredients

  • 24 small (about 3-inch) wonton wrappers
  • 2 jars (6 1/2 oz each) marinated artichoke hearts drained
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 garlic clove pressed
  • 1/3 cup sliced pitted ripe olives

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Press wonton wrappers into lightly greased mini-muffin cups.
  3. Pat artichoke hearts dry, chop and place in a medium bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and pressed garlic; mix well.
  5. Stir in sliced olives.
  6. Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin cups.
  7. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned.
  8. Remove from oven and cool in the pan for 2 minutes.
  9. Carefully remove from the muffin cups and serve warm.
