- Add the oats, chocolate chips, flaked coconut, sunflower kernels, and wheat germ to the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Press the mixture evenly into two greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pans.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool on wire racks before cutting into bars.
