Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cans Niblets corn, drained
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 4 oz. can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter and cream cheese together.
  2. Stir in the drained corn, chopped green chilies, milk, salt, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 15 to 20 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
