A hearty, cheesy sandwich featuring tender sliced London broil, sautéed mushrooms and onions, topped with melted cheeses, perfect for a satisfying lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. London broil
  • 2 onions
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Colby cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Slice mushrooms, onions, and garlic.
  2. Put the sliced vegetables into a pan with butter.
  3. Saute the vegetables until tender.
  4. While the vegetables are cooking, thinly slice the London broil.
  5. Add the sliced beef to the sautéed vegetables.
  6. Cook until the meat is done.
  7. Add all the shredded cheeses to the mixture.
  8. Cook until the cheese melts.
  9. Serve the mixture on a soft hoagie roll.
