Ingredients

  • 10 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. seafood seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • garlic to taste
  • 1 lb. canned crab meat
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together cream cheese, sour cream, shredded Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, seafood seasoning, lemon juice, prepared mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic.
  3. Fold in the canned crab meat.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle the top with additional shredded Cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve with an assortment of crackers.
