Ingredients

  • 1 pkg raspberry jello
  • 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 small can cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Dissolve raspberry jello in 1 cup boiling water and set aside to cool.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with pineapple juice until smooth.
  3. Add crushed pineapple, cranberry sauce, and chopped pecans to the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a mold.
  5. Chill until set, about 4 hours or overnight.
  6. After set, pour a little warm water over the mold to loosen and then empty the mold onto a serving plate.
