  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 to 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen hash brown potatoes.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with nonstick coating.
  4. Bake at 325°F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until hot and bubbly.
