- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and cook in a Microsteamer for 6 to 8 minutes.
- Mix the condensed cream of chicken soup, milk, taco seasoning, and 1 1/2 cups of grated Cheddar cheese to make the sauce.
- Place 1/3 of the corn chips in the bottom of a large deep microwave-safe dish.
- Arrange the cooked chicken on top of the corn chips.
- Spoon the soup mixture over the chicken.
- Top with the remaining corn chips and the rest of the cheese.
- Microwave on High for 5 minutes until hot and bubbly.
