Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated sharp cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1.5 cups sliced or chopped olives
  • 3 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 English muffins

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except English muffins.
  2. Chill the mixture until ready to use.
  3. Spread the mixture thickly on split English muffins.
  4. Cut each half muffin into 4 pieces.
  5. Bake at 375°F on a cookie sheet until brown, about 10 minutes.
