Ingredients

  • 3 hamburger buns
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, finely grated
  • 2 TBSP. mayo

Instructions

  1. Mix grated cheddar cheese and finely grated green pepper with mayonnaise to make a spread.
  2. Spread the cheese mixture on the cut sides of the hamburger buns.
  3. Broil the buns until the cheese spread is light brown.
  4. Serve immediately.
