Ingredients

  • 1 large box sugar-free strawberry jello
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 (16 oz.) packages sliced frozen strawberries, thawed
  • 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 ripe bananas, mashed
  • Chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the sugar-free strawberry jello in hot water.
  2. Add thawed sliced strawberries, drained crushed pineapple, mashed bananas, and chopped nuts if using.
  3. Pour half of the mixture into a glass bowl and let it sit to set slightly.
  4. Spread sour cream evenly over the partially set jello.
  5. Add the remaining fruit mixture on top of the sour cream.
  6. Chill the dessert until fully set before serving.
