Ingredients

  • 1 can apricot halves
  • 3/4 cup pancake mix
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Drain the tart red cherries and apricot halves and arrange them in a buttered 8-inch square pan.
  2. Mix together the pancake mix, chopped pecans, brown sugar, and melted butter to make the crumble topping.
  3. Crumble the topping evenly over the arranged fruit.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 40 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with cream.
