Ingredients

  • 3 c. flour
  • 6 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. butter
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. cherries
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Press together 3 cups flour, confectioners sugar and butter and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients and top.
  3. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
  4. Cool and frost.
