Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 36 candied cherries
  • 1 cup nuts and dates
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • dash of salt
  • powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, nuts and dates, coconut, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture around each candied cherry to form balls.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  4. Cool the balls completely.
  5. Roll the cooled balls in powdered sugar before serving.
