Ingredients

  • 1 can red pitted cherries, drained
  • 1 can Eagle Brand
  • 2 c. pecans
  • juice of two lemons
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Instructions

  1. Add lemon juice to Eagle Brand and mix.
  2. Add drained cherries and pecans to this mixture.
  3. Add whipped cream, coloring, and sugar; mix gently until thoroughly combined.
  4. Place in a cool baked pie shell.
  5. Let stand in refrigerator until ready to serve.
