Ingredients

  • 1 (#2) can cherries water pack and unsweetened, undrained
  • 1 (#2) can crushed pineapple undrained
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 (6-oz.) package cherry jello
  • 3/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mix the cherries (with water), crushed pineapple, and sugar together and bring to a boil.
  2. Pour the hot mixture over the cherry jello and stir until dissolved.
  3. Combine the orange juice, lemon juice, salt, and chopped pecans, then add to the jello mixture.
  4. Refrigerate overnight until set.
