Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 3/4 sticks oleo, softened
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Blend first 3 ingredients.
  2. Press firmly in 13 x 3-inch cake pan greased or sprayed with Pam pan coating.
  3. Sprinkle pecans down on top.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 350° or until brown.
  5. Set aside; let cool.
