Ingredients

  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • bacon, cut in half
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. chili sauce
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Fry some of the fat from the bacon.
  2. Roll the water chestnuts with bacon and anchor with a toothpick.
  3. Cover the wrapped chestnuts with brown sugar, chili sauce, and mayonnaise.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
