- Pound the chicken breasts flat to an even thickness.
- Dip the chicken breasts in water, shake off excess, then coat them in bread crumbs.
- Brown both sides of the breaded chicken breasts in a frying pan with oil. Remove and set aside.
- In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, layer the cooked noodles, browned chicken breasts, and spaghetti sauce.
- Top the layered dish with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
