- Coat the chicken with flour.
- In a large frypan over medium heat, melt the margarine.
- Cook the chicken until browned on all sides.
- Stir in the spaghetti sauce and sherry, then heat to boiling.
- Reduce heat to low; cover the pan and simmer for 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through, basting occasionally with sauce.
- Cook the fusilli according to package instructions; drain.
- Place the cooked fusilli on an ovenproof platter.
- Arrange the cooked chicken on top of the fusilli.
- Spoon the sauce over the chicken and fusilli.
- Place mozzarella cheese slices over the chicken.
- Broil for 3 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
