Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked macaroni
  • 1 cup chopped canned tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken diced
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 stalk celery
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni as directed on the package.
  2. Cook chicken and remove from broth.
  3. Debone chicken and dice.
  4. Return chicken to broth and add tomatoes, onions, celery, and cooked macaroni.
  5. Bring to a boil; stir well.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Pour mixture into a 2-quart baking dish.
  8. Add milk.
  9. Bake in a 350°F oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
