Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Unroll the crescent rolls and press them into a greased baking dish to form the crust.
- In a skillet, cook sausage until browned and drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, beat eggs with salt and milk.
- Add cooked sausage, hash browns, and any optional ingredients like tuna, seafood, or leftover meats to the eggs mixture.
- Pour the egg mixture over the crescent roll crust.
- Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, and other desired toppings like chopped parsley, chives, or olives on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
