Tips & Substitutions
For a richer flavor, consider marinating the chicken in yogurt and spices for a few hours before cooking. If you don't have fresh ginger, ground ginger can be used as a substitute. Adjust the chili according to your spice preference, or use a milder pepper for less heat. To save time, you can use pre-cooked chicken or leftover chicken from other meals like Quick Chicken Curry.
