- Heat oil in frypan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and brown well.
- As chicken browns, place sour cream, milk, salt, pepper, flour, garlic and seeded peppers in blender and blend until smooth.
- When chicken is browned, transfer to a 13 x 9-inch casserole.
- Add onions to frypan and cook until limp.
- Spoon onions and canned chilies over chicken, then pour sour cream mixture over chicken.
