Ingredients

  • 5 to 6 large chicken breasts
  • 1 package stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Boil the chicken breasts until cooked, then remove skin and bones and break the meat into pieces.
  2. Mix the stuffing mix with the seasoning packet and 2 cups of chicken broth from the boiled chicken.
  3. Add half a can of cream of chicken soup and the eggs to the stuffing mixture, then mix well.
  4. Put the stuffing mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken meat with the remaining half can of cream of chicken soup and 1/2 cup of milk.
  6. Spread the chicken mixture over the stuffing in the baking dish.
  7. Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
