Ingredients

  • 3 cups diced potatoes
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 1/2 quarts water
  • 1 package frozen California Blend vegetables
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese, cut up

Instructions

  1. Bring water, diced potatoes, onions, celery, and chicken bouillon cubes to a boil. Cook for 20 minutes.
  2. Add the frozen California Blend vegetables to the pot and boil for an additional 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in the cream of chicken soups and the Velveeta cheese pieces.
  4. Cook until the cheese has melted and the soup is heated through, about 5 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
