Ingredients

  • 4 large chicken breasts (boned and flattened)
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices Mozzarella cheese
  • tomato sauce
  • bread crumbs
  • 4 slices Italian Prosciutto
  • sage
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Place a slice of Parmesan cheese, a sprinkle of sage, a slice of Prosciutto, and a little tomato sauce on each flattened chicken breast.
  2. Roll up each chicken breast and secure with toothpicks.
  3. Dip the rolled chicken in melted butter, then roll in bread crumbs mixed with cheese.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes until browned.
