Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pasta
  • 1 pkg. mushrooms
  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chicken stock
  • 2 cups half and half

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until half done.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, chop the broccoli and slice the mushrooms.
  3. Drain the pasta; return it to the pan.
  4. Add the chopped broccoli, sliced mushrooms, margarine, minced garlic, chicken stock, half and half to the pasta.
  5. Cook until the pasta is fully done and the broccoli is tender-crisp.
  6. Add the Parmesan cheese and stir to combine.
  7. Add more cheese if needed to achieve the desired consistency before serving.
