- Soak raisins in mandarin juice.
- Melt butter in a skillet and brown the chicken breasts on both sides.
- Cook over low heat for 15 to 20 minutes until the chicken is done.
- Remove chicken from skillet, place on a serving platter, and keep warm.
- Pour off all but 3 tablespoons of pan drippings and stir in flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add half and half and cook over low heat until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
- Stir in the raisin and mandarin juice mixture and heat through.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Serve over wild rice.
