Chicken Cabbage Bake

- Arrange cabbage wedges in a deep 3-quart baking dish.
- Top with half the onion rings and water.
- Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of bouillon, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
- Place chicken quarters on top of the cabbage and onion layers.
- Add remaining onion rings around the chicken.
- Sprinkle with remaining bouillon, salt, nutmeg, and pepper.
- Cover and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
- Remove cover, increase oven temperature to 375°F, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the chicken is browned and easily pierced with a fork.
