- Oven to 200, Cut bread into Croutons, drizzle with EVO/Butter S/P
- Cook chicken in skillet with 1:1:10:10. Season with S/P
- Mix wet stuff together in blender for dressing (use 1/2 lemon and 1/2 of the parm)
- Garnish with grated Parm and lemon wedges
