Ingredients

  • Ciabatta Bread
  • 2 Chicken Breasts (Boneless Skinless)
  • 2 Anchovy Fillets
  • 1 Large Romaine salad
  • Lemon
  • 1/3 C Mao
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Tbs White Wine Vinegar
  • Parmesan Cheese (1 Medium Block)

Instructions

  1. Oven to 200, Cut bread into Croutons, drizzle with EVO/Butter S/P
  2. Cook chicken in skillet with 1:1:10:10. Season with S/P
  3. Mix wet stuff together in blender for dressing (use 1/2 lemon and 1/2 of the parm)
  4. Garnish with grated Parm and lemon wedges
