Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced celery
  • 4 cups diced chicken
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1 bag crushed potato chips
  • 3 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup Miracle Whip
  • 1 package slivered almonds, toasted if desired
  • Grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix 1/2 bag of crushed potato chips with all the ingredients: diced celery, diced chicken, diced onions, lemon juice, Miracle Whip, toasted slivered almonds, grated Cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Use a cake pan or casserole dish to combine the mixture evenly.
  4. Top the mixture with the remaining crushed potato chips.
  5. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
