- Pound the chicken breasts until thin.
- Place a slice of deli ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast.

- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
- During the last 10 minutes of baking, pour cream of chicken soup over the chicken.
