Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 Tbsp. coriander
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Stir all seasonings into melted margarine.
  2. Roll chicken breasts in the seasoned margarine to coat evenly.
  3. Arrange chicken in a single layer in a casserole dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  5. Turn the chicken and baste with pan juices.
  6. Continue baking until tender, about 15 minutes.
