Ingredients

  • 24 chicken wings
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2-inch fresh ginger root

Instructions

  1. Disjoint wings, discarding tips.
  2. Combine soy sauce, sugar, oil, crushed garlic, and crushed ginger to make the marinade. Marinate the wings for at least 2 hours.
  3. Place the marinated wings in a single layer in a shallow baking dish.
