Ingredients

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 2 cans biscuits
  • 10 slices cheese
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can milk

Instructions

  1. Boil the chicken until fully cooked.
  2. Allow the chicken to cool, then remove the bones and shred the meat.
  3. Roll out the canned biscuits into flat rounds.
  4. Place some shredded chicken and a slice of cheese onto each biscuit.
  5. Roll up the biscuits with the filling inside.
  6. Pour the mushroom soup and milk mixture over the rolled biscuits in a baking dish.
  7. Bake at 375° to 400°F until the biscuits are cooked through and golden brown.
