Electric Skillet Supper

- Pat about 3/4 of the ground beef in the bottom of the skillet; add cut-up vegetables in layers.
- Crumble the remaining ground beef on top of the vegetables.
- Spread cream of chicken soup over the mixture and place slices of American cheese on top.
- Start cooking on medium-high heat in the electric skillet at 325°F.
- Once the mixture starts steaming, turn the heat down to low (close steam vents) and cook for about 20 minutes longer, or until the vegetables are done.
