Cheesy chicken crescent rolls are a comforting, savory dish featuring tender cooked chicken, melted cheese, and flaky crescent roll dough. Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups chicken breasts, cooked, skinned, deboned and cubed
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese or sliced Velveeta cheese
  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Mix the cooked, cubed chicken with 1/2 cup of cheese.
  2. In a saucepan, cook the cream of chicken soup, milk, and 1/4 cup of cheese until the cheese is melted.
  3. Place 1 tablespoon of the chicken mixture on the wide end of each crescent roll and roll it up.
  4. Pour the soup mixture into the bottom of a glass baking dish and arrange the rolled crescents on top.
  5. Bake in a 375°F oven for 20 to 30 minutes, until rolls are golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. During the last 5 minutes of baking, sprinkle extra cheese on top of the rolls.
