Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package egg noodles
  • 1 jar pimentos
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 8 oz sour cream

Instructions

  1. While cooking the package of noodles, brown ground beef with salt and chopped onion.
  2. Drain noodles and ground beef, then combine them in a bowl.
  3. Add cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, pimentos, corn, and sour cream to the mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs.
  5. Optionally divide into 2 servings and freeze one portion.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
