Ingredients

  • boned chicken halves
  • garlic
  • mushrooms, sliced
  • cream cheese
  • bacon
  • bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Pat out chicken breasts with a mallet to flatten them.
  2. Sprinkle the chicken breasts with garlic powder.
  3. Spread cream cheese on each flattened chicken breast.
  4. Place sliced mushrooms over the cream cheese on each piece.
  5. Roll up each chicken breast with the filling inside.
  6. Wrap each chicken roll with a strip of bacon.
  7. Sprinkle bread crumbs over each wrapped roll.
  8. Place the prepared chicken rolls in a greased dish or pan.
  9. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 45 minutes until cooked through and golden.
