Creamy, flavorful chicken deviled eggs combine tender egg yolks with seasoned chicken and a hint of spice, making a perfect appetizer for gatherings or snack time.

Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon grated onion
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • hot pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley

Instructions

  1. Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Remove yolks and place in a small bowl.
  2. Mash yolks with a fork. Add cooked chicken, mayonnaise, grated onion, Dijon mustard, dry mustard, hot pepper to taste, and minced parsley.
  3. Blend well until smooth.
  4. Stuff egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  5. Sprinkle tops with paprika to garnish.
  6. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
