Ingredients

  • 8 chicken breast halves, deboned
  • 8 strips bacon
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 (3 oz.) package chipped beef, diced

Instructions

  1. Wrap one strip of bacon around each deboned chicken breast.
  2. Place the bacon-wrapped chicken breasts in a greased casserole dish.
  3. In a bowl, combine sour cream, mushroom soup, and diced chipped beef.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts.
  5. Cover the casserole dish with a lid or foil.
  6. Bake in a 300°F (150°C) oven for 1 to 1.5 hours until cooked through and bubbly.
