Instructions
- Crumble bread into a large pan or bowl.
- Melt butter and sauté onion and celery until tender.
- Add the sautéed vegetables and melted butter to the bread crumbs along with the other ingredients and mix well.
- If the dressing seems too dry, add a little more hot chicken broth and mix again.
- Transfer to a shallow pan and bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes until browned.
